Ortho.i® Design Sprint Virtual Edition is a streamlined three-day experience, conducted for 3 hours each day. It's a time-constrained process that fits in everybody schedule, packed with activities designed to update your knowledge, solve your problems and test new ideas through teamwork, prototyping, and testing. This customized program includes six key stages: Understand, Define, Diverge, Decide, Prototype, and Validate. You can focus, you have time to think, you can take risks, you can work together with the key people and keep your own challengers at the center of it all. You'll start by understanding the foundations of Generative AI, then move on to defining the real problems to be solved, sketching competing solutions, selecting the best ones, building a realistic basic AI assistant, and validating and testing later as you wish. No worries, no coding is needed. You will be trained in prompt engineering techniques to communicate with your AI assistants and agents and gain a great overview of data strategies. You'll understand why data quality is essential for the success of your AI systems and how you can start quick to collect and structure them.

Nope! The content and exercises are suitable for any industry. Just keep in mind that many participants may be doctors or dental industry professionals.
Will I learn about treatment plans and digital orthodontics?
No, this session focuses on business strategies and generative artificial intelligence, not orthodontic techniques.
I've been working with AI for my business already. Is this session for me?
Probably not. This is an entry-level AI training. If you're already familiar with the basics of Generative AI, you might find it too simple. However, you're welcome to participate to enhance your vision for future-ready business, practice problem-solving exercises and expand networking opportunities!

Of course! The prototype exercise is optional, and you don't need any coding or ML experience. The facilitator will demonstrate and support this part of the session.

We recommend that participants are fluent in English for this session. However, we do offer individual sessions in Spanish or Portuguese, so please contact us for more information.

Is this a course to develop my own AI model, assistant and agents?
No, this is an introductory AI training focused on guiding you on how to integrate Generative AI into your workspace and business, including getting started strategies and best practices. However, we will demonstrate live an AI assistant POC (Proof-of-Concept) building process.
What are the benefits of participating in this training?
Ortho.i® Design Sprint methodology also combines keynote presentations with specific knowledge on Generative AI basic foundations. This session will accelerated your AI development and innovation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with AI experts, exercises to improve your productivity, enhance problem-solving processes, learn AI Agents building process on through user-centric design and rapid prototyping. My level of Generative AI experience is using ChatGPT. Is this session for me?
Yes! If you know how to use Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, this session will help you understand the foundations of Generative AI, empowering you to use ChatGPT more effectively, create your own GPTs, integrate LLMs with other knowledge bases and apps, collect structured data and future-ready business strategies.
Will I have an AI assistant ready to work by the end of the training?
Not at all. The facilitator will guide you through building an AI assistant prototype. This exercise allows you to follow a virtual assistant demo building, test its performance. It's a great starting point for understanding the processes.
Is this a formal training with a strict agenda?
Nope! This is a casual and collaborative virtual session where participants are encouraged to think together, solve problems, and create innovative solutions, facilitated by experts. No presentations or advanced communication skills are required – your level of participation is entirely up to you!
